A. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the promotions, the participant must fulfil all of the following criteria:

1. Management and employees of the Organiser and Shaw Plaza, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, legal guardian, child or sibling, and their respective spouses);
2. Management and employees of tenants/stores at or of Shaw Plaza. Such persons are also not allowed to submit any gift with purchase redemption entries on behalf of customers; and
3. The Organiser’s advertising agencies, auditors and any other parties directly involved in organising, promoting or conducting the campaign.
4. Receipts and transaction slips from purchase of outlets’ gift vouchers, non-Shaw Plaza outlets’ atrium sales, online purchases, bill payment for subscriptions via automated machines or at any outlet, ATM receipts, bank services (Including Insurance policies), and purchase / top-ups of stored-value / prepaid cards will not be accepted.
5. Receipts generated from online purchases or collection chits will not be accepted.
6. E-receipts will not be accepted unless the store name and unit number is clearly stated.
7. Receipts used for redemption for Monthly Movie Mania are not eligible for this promotion.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the campaign in its sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any notice and/or reason.

B. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The qualifying period for the campaign is from 10 April 2026 to 26 April 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“the Promotion Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to change the Promotion Period at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice and without liability to any party.

C. GIFT WITH PURCHASE REDEMPTION

Participation is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted on this webpage. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the T&Cs may result in disqualification of a participant from the campaign in the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any reason therefor, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed in the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any reason therefor.

The Organiser reserves the right to vary or amend the T&Cs or suspend, cancel or terminate the campaign at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice and without liability to any party.

Star Movie Treat

• Participants must spend a minimum of $75 ($100 at FairPrice) to redeem a pair of Shaw Theatres movie vouchers.
• Maximum of 2 combined same-day receipts.
• Each eligible purchase receipt entitles the holder to one (1) redemption.
• Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase.
• Once redeemed, the same receipt may not be reused for other gift-with-purchase redemptions or workshops.

Pick-A-Star Rewards

• Spend a minimum of $15 at 3 different stores
• Purchase date: 10 – 26 April.

• By participating in this promotion, entrants stand a chance to win one of either:
  • Lighted Star Plushie or
  • Hand Towel Set
• Each eligible purchase receipt entitles the holder to one (1) entry at the Pick-A-Star board. 
• Receipts must be dated within the promotion period to qualify for participation.
• Once redeemed, the same receipt may not be reused for other gift-with-purchase redemptions or workshops.

D. IN-MALL ACTIVITIES 

Little Stars Weekend Workshop

• Spend a minimum of $30 to join our weekend workshops and create your own Embroidery Bag Tag
• Single same-day receipt from Shaw Plaza.
• Dates: 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 April
• Limited to one redemption per shopper per day.
• Limited to 30 redemptions per day.
• Once redeemed, the same receipt may not be reused for other gift-with-purchase redemptions or workshops. 

Spotlight Stage

Performances: Times and availability are subject to change.
Admission: Entry is free but subject to capacity limits.
Schedule: Saturdays (11, 18 ,25 April)

FREE Activities

• The Star Photo Spot.
• The Star Lounge:10:30 AM to 8.30 PM.
  • Star World VR Experiences. Weekends only, maximum of 10 minutes per session.
  • Me Time Massage Pod. Maximum of 20 minutes per massage session. 
• Star Weekend Treats. Free treats and balloons on weekends. While supplies last. 

E. PRIVACY POLICY AND OTHER NOTES

1. Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to the Organisers and their related corporations in accordance with their respective privacy policies for various purposes, including verification and to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Contest, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, to send to the participant marketing information on products and services offered by the Organisers.
2. The Organisers may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of the participant for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in publications, presentations, promotional materials on the websites of the Organisers or their respective related corporations, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Contest or otherwise, without further notification, remuneration or compensation to the participant or any other person; and
3. All prizes are strictly not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reasons.
4. The Organisers, may at its discretion, at any time replace or substitute the prizes with any other of equal value, and reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms & conditions from time to time or terminate this Promotion without prior notice.
5. The Organiser’s decisions in all matters relating to this contest are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
6. By participating in the promotion, each participant represents and warrants that:
   a. he/she is at least 18 years old and has the necessary legal capacity, right, power and authority to agree to; b. the T&Cs and that he/she is contracting in his/her own personal capacity; c. he/she is a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or foreigner with a Singapore mailing address; and all information provided at the time of his/her gift with purchase redemption entry is true, accurate and complete.
7. Participants must ensure that they submit their full name as per their NRIC or other form of official identification to facilitate identification / verification in respect of the gift with purchase redemption. Incomplete or inaccurate gift with purchase redemption entries will be deemed to be invalid.

Exclusion of Liability

1. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any gift with purchase redemption lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or undelivered due to any reason whatsoever. Further, the Organiser shall not be liable for any technical, hardware or software failure or incompatibility of any kind that may in any way affect any received entry. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of opportunity to participate due to entries not received or for any reasons.
2. The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss), damage, personal injury or death howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the gift with purchase redemption, the T&Cs (or any of the matters contemplated herein) or any prize, whether for breach of contract, tort or other cause of action, save for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
3. All prizes are subject to their respective terms of use (if any). Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions shall apply to the gift with purchase redemption or any prize, and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any prize. All warranty claims in regard to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions apply to the Contest and/or the prizes and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes.
4. By participating in the gift with purchase redemption, participants agree and undertake to, at all times, fully indemnify and hold the Entities and the sponsors for the gift with purchase redemption (if applicable) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, actions, demands, injuries, claims, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), expenses, fines and penalties, howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the gift with purchase redemption, acceptance or usage of any prize, and/or any breach or purported breach of the T&Cs and/or any applicable law.
