MECHANICS:

A. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the promotions, the participant must fulfil all of the following criteria:

• The participant must be 18 years and above (as at the commencement date of the Promotion Period) and be a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or foreigner with a Singapore mailing address;
  The participant must present his/her original receipt(s) and his/her photo ID on the same day of purchase at Shaw Plaza Concierge Level 1 from 10am to 9pm.
  Valid and original receipts should include the date of purchase, store name, and receipt number. E-receipts will also be accepted.
• The following persons are not eligible to participate:
  Management and employees of the Organiser and Shaw Plaza, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, legal guardian, child or sibling, and their respective spouses);
  The Organiser’s advertising agencies, auditors and any other parties directly involved in organising, promoting or conducting the redemption.
  Not applicable for ATM receipts, credit top-up, bill payments, medical receipts, gift cards and voucher purchases.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Draw in its sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any notice and/or reason.

B. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The redemption period for the campaign is from 7 August to 13 August (both dates inclusive) (“the Promotion Period”). The screening will be on 14 August at 07:30PM (Hall 4) and 07:40PM (Hall 3) for the film Successor (抓娃娃). The Organiser reserves the right to change the Promotion Period at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice and without liability to any party.

C. GIFT WITH PURCHASE REDEMPTION

Participation is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted on this webpage. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the T&Cs may result in disqualification of a participant from the campaign in the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any reason therefor, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed in the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any reason therefor.

The Organiser reserves the right to vary or amend the T&Cs or suspend, cancel or terminate the campaign at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice and without liability to any party.

1. Spend min. $50 ($80 including FairPrice receipts).
2. Redeem up to 2 movie tickets at L1 Concierge.
3. Maximum 3 combined receipts. Redemption must be done on the same day of the receipts.
4. Cinema hall seating plan will be presented by the Concierge for the shopper to choose. Seat availability is based on a first come first serve basis.
5. Shoppers must make the redemption physically in person and on the day of purchase. Redemption by proxy is strictly not allowed.
6. Movie tickets are valid for the specified screening only.
7. All redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and are while stocks last. The tickets are strictly not exchangeable.

E. PRIVACY POLICY AND OTHER NOTES

1. Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to the Organisers and their related corporations in accordance with their respective privacy policies for various purposes, including verification and to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Contest, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, to send to the participant marketing information on products and services offered by the Organisers.
2. The Organisers may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of the participant for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in publications, presentations, promotional materials on the websites of the Organisers or their respective related corporations, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Contest or otherwise, without further notification, remuneration or compensation to the participant or any other person; and
3. The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the Contest, or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). All warranty claims in regard to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions apply to the Contest and/or the prizes and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes.
4. All prizes are strictly not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reasons.
5. The Organisers, may at its discretion, at any time replace or substitute the prizes with any other of equal value, and reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms & conditions from time to time or terminate this Promotion without prior notice.
6. The Organiser’s decisions in all matters relating to this contest are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
